I have been working in the IT industry for 9+ years and I wanted to provide some training for one of the most common issues I deal with each day: slow computers. Very nice… I knew how to do all of this, but I’m interested in the next 2 parts… you did refresh my memory and helped me speed up a bit… thanks! I’m rebooting then heading onto video 2.

Simple… if you have Norton activated, it should be in your task tray in in the bottom right. Just right click Norton and click Disable whatever options it gives you to disable.. then go back and click enable later. I’d suggest turning off internet before you turn those options off though….
